Tidewater Sunrise

I love the option to get different ground types and the 15% discount...plus, Tidewater is my fave coffee of all time.

We tend to cycle through our bags of Commonwealth Joe to mix it up, but whatever else we try, we ALWAYS get Tidewater Sunrise. It's the first coffee I learned to truly love drinking black since the flavors are so light, smooth, and pleasant. We moved further away, so I've now subscribed to make sure we never run out!

Each time I order from Commonwealth I buy two bags, one rotating (try new things) and then always Tidewater. When I open the delivery box the smell just bursts out. The roast is perfectly smooth, the flavors demonstrate subtle fruit. I love this stuff.

These beans...hoo boy. You know how you go to the store and you see a coffee bean advertised with a fruity flavor that sounds interested, and then when you get it home and brew a pot, it tastes artificial and sickly sweet like the beans were coated in candy fruit flavoring? This is not that. This tastes like the beans were slowly and carefully brewed with melon and lightly toasted to perfection...the result is my favorite cup of coffee of all time. I first tried it in the CWJ store in Pentagon City, and now I order 5 lb bags of the stuff at a time so I am never without. Do it. DO it. Order it.
